Instructions on how to order CFS OV and ECO Coffins

1. Choose which Coffin you want to order from the List

2. Choose the Collection Date and Time

3. Make a note of the Date and Time you selected.

4. Once booked you will receive Confirmation of Booking with a pending status

5. Complete and Send the Form below

6. Confirmation of your booking will be sent once reviewed
